I want to open an account for trading in derivatives on the name of Private Family Trust.
1) Can Private Family Trust trade in F&O ?
2) What documents are required ?
3) Under which category they are considered ? Body of Individuals or Association of Persons or any other specific ?
4) Taxability related any other relevant info.
