HI NITHIN,

RECENTLY I OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH ZERODHA(THIS WEEK).I WANNA SAY THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR COMPANY.EVERYTIME I HAVE TO CALL FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT,TODAY I TRADED IN “”CURRENCY GBPINR” AND I DIDNT KNEW HOW TO CALCULATE THE PROFIT,I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE “RENU” AND “POONAM” THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL ARRANGE A CALL FROM “CDS” DEPARTMENT WITHIN 5-10 MIN. I WAITED BUT I DIDNT GOT A CALL,UNFORTUNATELY AFTER SO MUCH TIME I HAVE TO CALL THEM AFTER 1 HOUR THAT HOW TO CALCULATE THE BROKERAGE. WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS OPENED YOU TECHNICAL PERSON NEVER TOLD ME THAT “HOW TO PLACE A ORDER IN BRACKET AND COVER ORDER” AND DIDNT TOLD ME THAT AFTER PLACING A ORDER FOR “BO&CO” YOU HAVE TO GIVE “TRANSACTION AUTHENTICATION PASSWORD” THEY ALSO DIDNT TOLD ME.
WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY AND WHY DONT YOU PROVIDE FULL INFORMATION.

I AM NOT HAPPY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR COMPANY.CAN I GET MY TRADING ACCOUNT MONEY BACK.
IT WILL BE HATTS OFF TO YOU IF YOU REFUND MY MONEY.

I DONT WANNA DO TRADING WITH YOUR COMPANY.
EARLIER MY ALL DOCUMENTS WAS RECEIVED AT YOUR OFFICE BEFORE A/C OPENED I TOLD THEM THAT I DONT WANNA OPEN AN A/C,UNFORTUNATELY I AM REGRETTING THAT.

I WANT MY TRADING MONEY BACK.I DONT WANNA TRADE WITH YOUR COMPANY.
