To be very clear about your payout based on referral
When someone opened an account from your link that time when they completed their al formalities with Zerodha, Once he /she receives their client ID then you will get your 300 points (only points), but when they start to trade then Zerodha account will get fully activated. You can see their commission in your referral tab, but once you will complete 5 candidates or more then they will start to release your payout in your bank account.
If you fail to give at least 5 referrals in a month then also Zerodha will stop releasing your payout.
