Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

I wanted to open demat account for NRI’s with zerodha. Provided all the relevant documents notarized by the pharmacy – which is one of the certifying authority in Australia.
The application was rejected due to this reason, which was very disappointing.
Zerodha team does needs to update their knowledge of the world. You can not expect all the documents to be attested by Indian embassy or by Indian Banks (when there is no Indian bank present in Melbourne). Further, in the times of covid, justice of peace is not available.
I am sure, I am not the first one to move away to other brokers and certainly not the last one.
Extremely discouraging experience.
