20220510362371 – We get response like this. Why don’t you check with person as well so that you will get to know whether its system glitch or not and you will know the truth as well.
The technical application mechanism that is followed in zerodha is that Our Id will be appended to referral link that we share with friends to open account. If the application code is able to read that while person registered & submits then automatically mappings happens. If the code is unable to read then it get miss and support team concludes that its not system mistake since QA and UAT testing has been done in such a way that there is not glitch in the system which is not true in software world. Do you really think that this is the correct way?
