While you are entitled to call yourself No. 1 and your system is well researched. and the support portal has all answers; it is the experience of the users that matter. (The proof of the pudding is in the eating of it) .
For the past 12 days, I have been trying to open an account in my wife’s name, Everyday a different person (10 in all) promises that the matter will be attended within 24 hrs. but to no result. If this is the level of attention for account opening, I wonder what will be level of attention for other problems .
In this case the support portal takes one to the same route. (“It is foolish to expect a different result when you do the same thing again and again” a saying). This is what is happening in my case. My doubt is how many more 24 hours will it take to open this account?
