Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

I got a mail as well as an SMS from Zerodha stating that the funds in my account is zero and I received a statement too from where all the columns were filled with N/A .
I’ve not done any buying and selling of securities since the past 2 months and the last week when I had checked by balance of funds it was Rs.63 and now it’s showing 0 .
Please tell me why is my balance is shown 0 all of a sudden.
