Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

I have transferred Rs 474700 to Zerodha from my registered bank account but the folios account holdings is showing only 465475 invented while both the amount must be equal. If there is a loss, money invented must the same which I transferred to Zerodha. I am unable to understand as to why is it so. Please clarify the same to me in simple words and oblige me.
