Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

Hello,

When I reply to messages on the ticket portal as a user, my messages aren’t formatted. All the white spaces are removed (including new lines and tabs). But the messages which I receive from the customer service agent are properly formatted.
Please ask the Dev team to preserve user’s formatting.
