Hi….
The account opening (even during pandemic) was swift, the person called me multiple times to guide me through phone to open my account with Zerodha.
I do not have any support now – the call centre puts on hold for 30 plus minutes, testing my patience. Whom can I contact? I wanted to know how to trade in your platform, though it looks simple, but unable to sell stocks and it goes into a loop – searched your website to check if there is any tutorial for new joinees. What is the point if I am unable to speak to a person or sell my stock when I need to? The swiftness and quick response is only limited till someone opens an account is it?
