Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal
Tkt#20210403336099 for our new HUF account pending since 6apr2021. Even after submitting three draft applns based on zerodha supports sample docs and multiple calls with support, my application is still in digital review mode and not progressing. My mails to forms, support and individual mail-ids of zerodha were not responded for last few days. Support opened another TKT 20210421678671 themselves manually and closed on their own as duplicate. My calls to support gets IVR automated message every time, and I could not reach support contacts. Covid has become an handy excuse even for mail and callback responses. Requesting to put my application on escalation path for speedy process and completion.
