in your chart IQ platform, so many errors are there like chart settings are regularly changing if I am using any trendline or support line are drawn in candlestick chart it disappeared in next login session I am raising so many tickets in Zerodha support platform but it is not resolving even save option is not providing in chat IQ moreover it is not saving automatically due to this small error we are facing so many problems in the regular trading session and your customer support team also close all raised ticket by saying it is resolved.
