Comment on Account Opening Process - Corporate,Partnership Firm, & HUF

Dear Zerodha,                   
   I am already a client with zerodha for more than 5 years. Thank you for your services.
My colleague and I are planning for a new Partnership account opening. We had downloaded all the respective documents for opening a Partnership account and collected respective documents from bank and auditors.
1. We have some doubts in the signature part, either both have to sign or a single person.
2. Some place in filling the documents.
3. About the FATCA document requirement.
Kindly do the needful to help by supporting us to complete the offline documents as soon as possible before sending through courier.It would be great if someone from Zerodha can call and clarify the doubts.
