Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

I am unablento sell my share when i am tring to sell a pop up sms on screen show insufficient stock or any order is pending for this stock .
But there is nothing like this so how can i sell those stock .. you your customer support is really rubbish no one receive call and not call back ..
