Comment on Introducing Zerodha's New Support Portal

Dear Team,

I am bharat completed all formalities of Account opening in zerodha including the payment of Rs. 300/- your team member told that it will take around a week time to open your account till date no response from zerodha. What is this, how much you need to open a account.

I had made the payment and all required documents on 17/02/2021

Hope a quick and positive response from your end.
