I got a response on the ticket …
—> We would request you to kindly delete the browsing histories and cookies and then relogin and hard refresh your page (CTRL+SHIFT+R). It will fix this issue.

This looks like a solution they try on every problem. It does not work. I tried clearing browser history & cookies, login again and hard refresh. The same error persists when trying to delete.

—> For Mobile application please visit Phone Settings > Application manager > Kite > Clear App Data and Cache Data.

Kite on Android does not support eMandates as far as I’m aware. Console on Android browser shows the same error message.

The ticket is still open (since Jan 25th) with no working solution.
