-Your support portal service is very weak.
a) I raised a ticket on why my request for a secondary bank account is showing as “processing of primary bank account”. Reply was updation will be done in 48 hours which I am already aware of. But how the wrong information in my profile will be corrected was never replied.
b) I raised a ticket informing my ledger has not considered my cash market transactions and therefore showing a higher balance. Reply was how to check the ledger.
The replies are like Oranges when we are asking for Apples.
These replies also give me a feeling that your support portal service under estimates the customer.

Trust you will look into such issues and make the portal much stronger and ensure that the reply provider understands what exactly is asked for and reply accordingly.
