Congrats on your achievement. It’s not an easy task to be a leader in such challenging market.
With all due respect I would like to emphasize on a few things if you don’t mind or you can consider as suggestion from your client.
Do not be Hasty in rolling out your technical updates. Ex, kite app had all these divergence features and trading on window features recently. Suddenly, all vanished. If you are doing it for clients Please do it with perfection. Sometimes it’s frustrating to see some on and off updates which is like putting your clients at risk. Please Don’t be over excited on something that is not complete.
Consider this as compliment, even though I wanted to switch to other trading platform I still use zerodha. Let us be mutually appreciative and consider each other’s problems.
