Comment on Referrals just got more rewarding!

Hi,
I have 2 questions
1) This 10% is calculated on individual transaction or as& when its reaches 1000 rupees you can claim it.
2) % of brokerage would paid only someone has refereed 5 people . But any brokerage accumulated between 1st referral & 5th referral would be considered or not?
