Hi Hanan,
Even in the critical update video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByAq7C0w5xE ) you posted, when you open Nest Plus charts you get white charts and not the usual black background charts. Why is it so? What needs to be done to fix this? I am having same problem.
