Nithin, I wish I could say “thanks”, but…
… the same problem today, still waiting for my funds transferred from HDFC Bank this morning (I only did 30k because I was wary). If we can’t get funds in time, how the hell are we supposed to trade ?
The worst part is that your customer service team is trying to blame HDFC bank for the delay, while the bank has clearly transferred the money instantaneously. So, its either a payment gateway problem or a problem with your site, and on both counts it is Zerodha’s responsibility to fix this once and for all. I know other users are facing the same, since I have been in touch with some.
We are not talking about any fancy functionality here, just bread and butter stuff. No mitigating circumstances for failing to deliver on these.
Again, your customers are your best source of marketing, and you are losing goodwill fast.
