We had a major server upgrade over the weekend. We had requested many to update and check if the new version of NEST works fine on the mock markets last saturday. I guess we should have followed up more. Everyone tried to update at same time on Monday, and yeah we have had issues with everyone calling us to help them update. Web and mobile had some configuration issues, but most of it has been sorted.
