Comment on Account Opening Process - Corporate,Partnership Firm, & HUF

Hi,
I recently opened an account with Zerodha and received an SMS from CDSL that “Change of address has been carried out in your demat account. Contact DP for more information.”
Please help me understand what this means, since i didnt apply for any address change . Also, is there any way to check what address has been updated?
