Comment on PI – OVERVIEW AND FEEDBACK - Part 2

Hi Nitin,

We continue to suffer the agonies friend. While Pi has been awful in last few days, ZT charts are in no way better. The candles are showing wrong High and Low. Have a look at the screenshot. You support services is woefully lacking. I am trying since morning but have not been able reach your executive. Sent a mail as was advised in an sms… no response. Very sad state. Hope things will improve pretty quickly. Otherwise, Zerodha may loose trust quite rapidly.

Sorry to be harsh because Zerodha had set very high high standard in technology as well as support. But the last few days have been quite stressful and agonising.
