Comment on PI – OVERVIEW AND FEEDBACK - Part 2
I transferred funds to my Zerodha a/c 3 hours back and the money was deducted from my bank a/c but not funded to my Zerodha a/c. I have sent two emails to customer service and nothing has been done. It seems you guys think this is some sort of a video game and not a real system with real money and real people.
It has become completely impossible to call customer service, I tried 16 times (yes, I counted) and every time the line was busy or kept ringing for a while and then disconnected.
How long can people put up with this nonsense I wonder ?
