Comment on PI – OVERVIEW AND FEEDBACK - Part 2

Nitin and team Zerodha,

I do understand that you are trying something very good. But in the meanwhile we are having some harrowing time. Today I removed and installed both ZT and Pi several times. After installation Pi never asked for password. The charts were faulty as all time-frame charts showed one candle for the whole day (See attached image). I believe Pi had a problem with MCX charts. Further, I was not able to transfer fund to the trading account through pay-in option in Pi.

The ZT was equally bad. Nest Plus was not installing and charts could not be used. In fact new ZT is not showing nest plus tick box at the startup to click.

It was a no trade day again because of technology problems. It has been quite frustrating few days Nitin, must admit. Hope we all will get out of it very soon.

Cannot complain much on Pi because we are backtesting it. But we should not be having problems with ZT.
