Dharma, we have a support team of 50+ on the phone all time, today was just one of those days where we received too many calls. We had sent an update for ZT http://zerodha.com/critical-update/ over the last week, everyone tried to update it only today morning.
Pi, we will have a new release asap, but until then request you to continue using NEST. Make sure to update your NEST as given in the link above. Also when you are running NEST, right click on NEST application and run as administrator.
