Comment on PI – OVERVIEW AND FEEDBACK - Part 2

It has been a bad day thus far. No Pi, ZT is cranky, and so is trade.zerodha.com. Unable to use PI (though I did receive a pithy text message that did not offer much by way of explanation). It is worse when there are no updates or reassurances forthcoming from Zerodha. We do understand that there will be some teething troubles when a massive exercise such as this is implemented. If you expect the issues to last a while, please do let us know to help us plan accordingly.

And yes … customer service has been unreachable. Makes one think that calls are being avoided ! This just makes us suspect that there is something seriously wrong. Would appreciate some update / explanation.

By the way, PI is a fantastic software. Having been spoilt by PI, a down-featured NEST charts has made it quite cumbersome to trade on ZT.

Please do give us an update as soon as you can, and apologies for venting on a public forum.
