Sorry to say like this. Very dangerous situation your IT team has thrown your customers. Pi is not working. ZT is not working. Web version is not working. Phone is not lifting( alloted only one phone for call and trade ). Why cant arrange 5 to 6 phones temporarily for call and trade and inform the same to customers by message. What your customer has to do if he is getting heavy losses in this situation? Praying god only the best solution. Kindly look into more stebility of Pi and Zt instead of providing new features in Pi. You can provide new features even after one month no body will much bother. But this situation will bother everybody.
