Hi Team,

I have been trying to signup from last 1 month on Zerodha using Digilocker but not able to do so. Already escalated the issue to Zerodha’s support team with snapshots and also discussed the same using anydesk (presenting screen). Your team is very supportive but i have not get any resolution so far.

Issue:- After entering the detail like mobile number, PAN card detail, DOB etc. i click on “Connect with Digilocker” option after that there’s window come and asks for AADHAR/Mobile/used ID. For this, i enter my aadhar number then i got an OTP after that it asks for “Security PIN” after entering PIN, again the first window comes up wherein it asks for AADHAR/Mobile/used id. I have tried multiple time using aadhar,mobile,user id but the same window comes up every time after entering security pin. However, if i come to digilocker website and try to login using same aadhar,otp,security pin I am able to login, i have been using digilocker from last 3 year.

Its been more than 1 month and i got fed up with this issue and your team is not able to resolve it. I’m doing follow up thrice a week but getting same response “wait until covid 19 crisis ends”. Who knows when it is going to end and one of your employee suggest me to use some other person details to login.
