Hi team,

I am trying to e sign the document. I even tried calling helpdesk. The document was re-signed one week ago and I got a confirmation mail regarding this but on calling zerodha I came to know that document has not verified as the digio window had not closed on its own. Is that my mistake? Especially pointing to the fact wen I have got confirmation message that document has been signed.
I have repeated the process over twice , still result being same. Can zerodha team get in touch and resolve the issue. Or please reimburse the amount that has been paid by me. My registered number is 9896363750. Please take this on priority.
