HI Vikas,
I think U need to run ZT as an adminitrator
this might help to resolve the problem
Right click on ‘ZT application’ from your desktop
Click on properties then ‘Open File location’
A folder will open where in you need to select ‘ZT exe’
Right click on it and click on properties
Select ‘Compatibility’ Tab
Select ‘Change settings for all users’
Check ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for:’
Check ‘Run this program as an administrator’
Click ‘OK’
Click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’
