if I put your business growth synopsis in one line it would be “One Satisfied Customer will bring Ten new Customers for you.” Even I follow this rule and the only marketing tool that I use is “mouth to mouth publicity” as like You and the only marketing personnel that goes into the market is my “product.” So I can understand that an attempt to any such malicious stunts with the existing customers could be fatal.
