Comment on NEST Plus Registration and Installation

i tried complain about nestpluse but still doesn’t reply
im alredy trading with rathi broker but now i open account to zerodha i installed zt &i tring to install nestpluse but it doesnt work i tried both methods as u mentioned above not useful
now it’s this because i using nest pluse with previous broker im alredy registered but it doesn’t install alsso can u get help for me please?
