Pls stop building new features if basic features are not stable.
Both Kite web & mobile app were unable to convert MIS to NRML today, giving weird technical error and also showing incorrect prices (scrip BANKINDIA)
And my position is just gone, resulting in major loss.
This issue is between 3pm & 3.20 pm today. I tried to call & trade but got automated message that you are close for the day. Very frustrating and disappointing. Pls stop bringing fancy new features and make sure that platform is stable.
