Thanks Kishore. This can happen because of a number of reasons:

1) Insufficient funds for all the legs
2) If one of the legs involved has hit the OI limit on NSE, that leg will not go through. Currently, we do not show such strategies in Strategies Engine, and Easy Options. We will give warnings in such situations on the rest of the platform as well
3) If you placed a limit order and the price did not happen – I am assuming this is not your issue.

My sense is, 2 is what is happening with you. Could you give more details, please?
