Comment on Zerodha is now India's #1 stock broker

Hi Nithin side,

Congrats for this achievement. But it seems you need to focus more on customer support side. It seems Zerodha customer support team is not professional enough. Based on my experiance, I found they are arrogant and not enough helpful.

This ticket [Ticket #20190223720425] is not being resolved for many days. It proves that Zerodha team is either very inefficent or lack in know how. I am saying this based on service experiance I get from other brokerage house.

I like the Zerodha concept but it should not become victim of unprofessional support team or unsatisfied customer.

I hope you look into this and resolve the matter on higher priority.
