Comment on NEST Plus Registration and Installation

I am faced same Err. ZerodhaTrader_V.3.10.57.97.7

Solutions I tried:
#1 First i download Nest Plus 1.9 zip
extracted and pasted inside Nest3 installed folder.

// Same Err msg appeared. Nest Plus not worked!

#2 Then I downloaded Nest Plus 1.9 Msi from Omnisys site.
It asked to repair. I completely uninstalled old nest plus and installed
Nest Plus 1.9 Msi

// Same Err msg appeared. Nest Plus not worked!

#3 Then uninstalled All – Terminal ZerodhaTrader_V.3.10.57.97.7
and installed Nest Plus 1.9 Msi

// Same Err msg appeared. Nest Plus not worked!

#4 Then uninstalled ZerodhaTrader_V.3.10.57.97.7
Installed ZerodhaTrader 3.11.2.1 also NEST PLUS 2.9

// Same Err msg appeared. Nest Plus not worked!

Is there any other solutions I can try?

(Ps. My net speed 0.96 to 1.25 Mbps) //checked
