Congrats,
My humble request to you is to look into you frequentll platform issues, and customer service.
I have faced numerous issues with you platform due to which I have lost MONEY as I wasn’t able to square off, and it is extremely difficult to reach your customer service because of the IVR restrictions and agents being busy. And, even if I get connected (was extremely luck after trying for hrs.) I only get a response that I think it is to do with the connection with the exchange.
Pls. look into the PLATFORM ISSUES such as slowness, getting stuck,unable to load, and more than anything UNABLE TO SQUARE OFF.
Just imagine yourself, you are long and the market is rapidly crashing. You want to get out, and unable to SQUARE OFF
