Sorry to say that the account opening department’s or the team’s support used to be a few years back is no more !
The sales mangers or personnel often don’t entertain or ignore phone calls without providing the updates of the ongoing process leaving the account opening clients or even the existing clients in a severe fix and a lot of mental tension !
Request you to address this issue pl !!
