Congratulations!!
Becoming No. 1 is easy …. remaining no. 1 is difficult.
Every now and then, you have logging in issue in Kite. So, user like me still using NEST since the desktop application PI is not in the top 10 of any trading platform in India. You are probably the entire no. 1 brokerage firm in a country in the world which does not have a decent desktop application and forcing customers to your your web based trading platform. And its not that KITE is the best trading platform in the country.
Whenever there is a slight volatility increase you stop almost all types of order. Sometimes you stop just on the perception of increase in volatility.
Calling your customer is a nightmare to say the least. During any volatile session you may find GOD but not your CC rep.
Now since you have already become no.1, try now for retaining the existing customers otherwise there are this numbers game may not be there for long.
