This doesn’t look like a Nest Plus issue. This issue is related to your computer’s connectivity… Once that’s reestablished with our servers you should be able to use ZT.

Try the following:
1. Ensure you are connected to the internet. Restart your modem just in case.
2. You need to have minimum 512KBPS speed, but we recommend at least 2mbps.
3. If you’re using mobile internet, ensure your connection is not 2G.
4. Disable antivirus and firewall on your computer.
5. Your date and time settings have to reflect your location and time accurately.
