Hi Ganesh,

You may have had an existing account with another broker, where they may not have filled in your details correctly while updating your KYC(Know Your Client) details at the KRA(KYC registration agency) where Zerodha fetches your data from. In this case you will have to contact the existing broker to get this fixed so you can continue signing up online, else you can choose to send us the physical application forms for account opening with the proofs, we will be updating your details at the KRA end.
