Hi,
I opened an account with Zerodha about two weeks back and last saturday, I got the KYC acknowledgement letter as well as the DEMAT welcome email. But my account status at Zerodha.com/accounts is still showing as KYC pending and I am not able to trade on NSE or BSE.
Kindly let me know what is the issue.
PS: I called up your office numbers just now and no one is picking up. Based on my initial expectations, that was kind of disappointing.
