This error could come about if you have issues with your internet connection. Please check the following and try again.
1. Is your computer connected to the internet – at least 2 mbps.
2. If you’re using a 3G dongle, ensure you’re receiving 3G speeds.
3. Unblock any firewalls and antivirus
4. Check your date and time settings – keep it consistent with your location.
5. Right click on the shortcut and choose “Run as Administrator”
