You can use “opening range” indicator for this.

Go to create page and enter the following:

Opening Range(Open,hour) equals to Opening Range(High,hour)
or
Opening Range(Open,hour) equals to Opening Range(low,hour)

Opening range indicators, allows you to establish OHLC for any candle type.
