Comment on Charting - Nest Starter Pack

I am trading using the intraday 15 min chart in ZT, 3 days ago I upgraded the Nest Plus from 2.8 to 2.9. I am getting two problems after installing this version. First I couldn’t see the 15 min timeframe and Second is the chart screen is Blinking as price fluctuates. I called Zerodah Care but not solved my problem.
Please Help My a/c number is DS2499
