My previous congratulatory message appear to have got lost somewhere.
I wish to congratulate and at the same time request you to improve support activity.
I have changed my account from HDFCSEC to Zerodha, two years ago and am happy about the kite platform.
However, response from the support team, some times, I find irrelevant and confusing.
I am yet to receive correction and clarification regarding excess debit done in the ledger ( more than a week ago).
Twice payout was done in the ledger whereas credit to my account was done only once on 3rd april 2018.
I am unable to understand why such issues are not taken up on priority and sorted out as the balance is the major issue for an account holder.
