case 1 : if your income is through intraday, then above Rs. 2,50,000 income is taxable @ falling income tax slab.
Case 2 ; if your income is through delivery trades then straight forward 15 % of Short Term Capital Gain Tax imposed irrespective of less than 2,50,000 income.
