Comment on Account Opening Process - Corporate,Partnership Firm, & HUF

Hi, it has been a week since my demat and trading account has been opened , but F&O has not been activated, have sent all the documents regarding that. Called customer service many times and also have sent email to [email protected] can anybody let me know why it is taking so long to activate F&O.
